Deposits and Cancellations
Deposits apply to all days of a reserved stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total will be processed when the reservation is made, unless the date of accommodations is less than two weeks away or the guest prefers the entire amount to be charged in advance. In those cases, the entire amount will be charged.

Cancellations are subject to a $15 service charge and must be made 15 days prior to arrival to ensure a full refund. For cancellations made fewer than 15 days before, your deposit will be refunded only if the reserved room is rebooked.  Our cancellation policy applies equally to gift certificates. Please note that the gift certificate must be presented when checking in.
Gift certificates specifying a particular date in July or August are the only ones that will be accepted in those months.

About Children
For the safety and comfort of all, we require that families with small children (under age 12) reserve the Willow Garden Suite at the
back of the inn, with its own entrance on the ground floor, away
from other guests. Of special interest to families is a large
playground a few doors down, and Gray's Beach/boardwalk
a few minutes' drive from The Manor, which children love
to visit.
